Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wobblebag.com.
A continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is mandatory for all damage, missing item, and wrong product claims.
Refunds
Once your request is approved after verification, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
