Every model we sell is carefully crafted, thoughtfully designed, and made with love. Each piece is 3D printed with utmost care using quality materials to ensure a beautiful and durable final product.

Processing & Post-Processing

Once your model is printed, it goes through a careful post-processing process to refine the finish and make sure it looks as good as possible. From cleaning and finishing to final quality checks, we take the time needed to give every product a top-notch finish.

Because each product is made with care, please allow 1–2 business days for us to create, finish, and prepare your order for dispatch.

Shipping

Once your order is ready and dispatched, our standard shipping typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on your delivery location.

Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via Email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we always do our best to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wobblebag.com.

A continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is mandatory for all damage, missing item, and wrong product claims.

Refunds

Once your request is approved after verification, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
